Is Leext mobile supported?
No, Leext is only supported on the web. We do not have any mobile app for now.
Do you sell individual tests for candidates?
For now, We are only working B2B and we do not offer any individual tests.
Can a candidate go back to a previous question?
We do not allow this manually, but we can change it if the company wishes to change it. If a candidate attempts to skip a question, we will warn them that they cannot return.
What should we do if we have a question on the test or a problem during the test?
We will be in touch with you for any feedback and customization requests before we release the tests. Apart from that, our support team is ready to answer any questions and deal with any problems that may occur during testing.
How many times is each candidate allowed to take the same test?
Each candidate has the right to take the same test once. In addition, if candidates leave the test they entered, they cannot re-enter.
